The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and moving materials, products, pallets, and goods within warehouses, logistics centers, or industrial facilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift equipment safely.
  • Move pallets and materials within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload goods.
  • Organize warehouse inventory.
  • Follow loading and unloading procedures.
  • Inspect forklift equipment before operation.
  • Report equipment problems or safety issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous forklift experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification/license where required.
  • Physically fit.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts when required.
